Christopher Engler

Christopher E. Engler is an award winning filmmaker, commercial producer, and photographer who has been teaching English at Harlem for nearly a decade.  A champion of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, ARTS!!!!, and Math), Engler combines science and poetry as he invites his students to embrace the craft that is theater.  He also promotes student creativity and accountability through students-led productions like Harlem's very own annual murder mystery (an all student written and directed show) in the spring.
